AFSHARIEH

The Afsharieh Villa project was designed with a focus on maximizing the use of outdoor space and adopting sustainable and environmentally friendly principles. All spaces within the complex, especially those on the lower ground floor, are designed to receive natural light and offer green views.

This project, spanning 1000 square meters, is located in Afsharieh New Town, Alborz Province, Iran. A sunken entrance was designed to enhance visual appeal and create an additional layer of privacy for the residents. A small sunken garden at the lowest point of the complex and a fire pit in the middle of the villa's pool were designed and implemented with the concept of maximizing human interaction with nature.
