DEZASHIB

In the design process of the Dezashib residential building, located in the north of Tehran, we faced many constraints and challenges due to the triangular shape of the land. We transformed these limitations into opportunities and carried out the design according to the client’s wishes.

A plot of land that at first glance seemed of little value, but with a fresh perspective turned into an opportunity to create a lasting work. Limitation is the beginning of architecture, not its end.

The iconic façade of the complex emerged as the result of these very challenges during our design process.
