A distinctive feature of the Diyar Mansion is the full-length stone wall that extends from the southern exterior of the building to the opposite end, maintaining a consistent material throughout.

This wall serves as a unifying element for the various components of the mansion, functioning as an internal divider for spaces such as the playroom, living area, TV wall, and void, while simultaneously being a prominent exterior facade element.

Another notable design feature of this project is the placement of the elevator and staircase in a glass box on the villa's facade, as illustrated in the project diagrams.

The Noshahr villa spans 350 square meters on the ground floor, 350 square meters on the first floor, and 480 square meters in the basement, totaling 1,180 square meters of built-up area.

The mansion includes a swimming pool, a dedicated cinema room, a gym, a decorative fireplace, a study, a game room, two master bedrooms, a full master bedroom with a walk-in closet, and various amenities such as a minibar, laundry room, and a scullery.
