Mehr Villa is a private residential project designed on a 600 m² triangular-shaped plot located in Mehrabad, Tehran. Irregular and triangular plots are typically considered less valuable; however, through a strategic architectural approach and intelligent spatial planning, this project transforms the site into one of the most valuable villa developments in the area. The building is positioned linearly at the far end of the site, enhancing the perception of depth and extending the visual axis of the space. Additionally, floor heights exceeding 4 meters create a spacious and impressive interior volume.

A private swimming pool is located at the far right edge of the site, allowing for the preservation of a generous landscape area and existing trees. Two internal voids, combined with full-height aluminum windows the façade, provide expansive horizontal and vertical views. This design approach dissolves the boundary between interior and exterior, creating a living experience deeply connected with nature.
